Derby County travel to the New York Stadium to take on Rotherham United tomorrow afternoon.

Frank Lampard’s men will be looking to maintain their current run of good form after winning three league fixtures in a row after two successive defeats.

The Rams currently occupy the fourth spot in the Championship table, with their opponents on the weekend six points and 11 places further down the standings.

Having had a two-week break due to the international fixtures, Lampard will be pleased that Richard Keogh and his other international stars have returned unscathed from their national teams.

Derby’s boss will be hoping too that the break has not interfered with the club’s good form when they take to the pitch tomorrow afternoon in what looks to be a tricky contest abasing Paul Warne’s men.

With that said, here are the Derby County players who are set to miss tomorrow’s clash with Rotherham United at the New York Stadium.

Skipper Curtis Davies remains sidelined thanks to a hamstring injury that has plagued the defender since the opening day of the season.

The 33-year-old has not played since the win over Reading and has been making progress in the last six weeks but this weekend comes too soon for the Rams man.

George Evans is another who is missing after suffering a knee injury in the win over Ipswich Town, a match that kick-started the Rams’ unbeaten run.

Evans is making progress, however, but this weekend and the midweek set of fixtures is set to be too soon for the midfielder.

Jayden Bogle was forced off in the win over Preston North End and has not featured since sustaining an ankle injury.

The right-back is back in training, but this weekend’s trip to face Rotherham United is considered too soon for a return, with the midweek round go games looking more promising for a potential return to the first-team fold.
