Premier League side West Bromwich Albion are set to move for Leeds United star Charlie Taylor, according to the Telegraph.
Tony Pulis has been eyeing a move for the 23-year-old for about a year, after he declared he would not sign a new contract at Leeds, but faces competition from Liverpool and now Burnley.
Pulis is short of options on the left side of defence having used right-footed Allan Nyom and winger Chris Brunt in that position for the majority of this season.
Taylor seems to be the prize piece in his Albion puzzle, and talks between the two parties have been re-opened.
The Leeds academy product announced his intention to leave the club last year.
Leeds owner Massimo Cellino refused to sell him, and maintained that if he were to leave, it would be on a free transfer.
Any deal will not be free, of course, as Taylor is under 24, meaning the deal will go to a tribunal where a fee will be thrashed out.
