Jordan Ayew could follow his brother Andre Ayew out of the exit door at Swansea City, according to reports.

The Mirror's Live Transfer Blog [Thursday 26th July, 05:47AM] reports that Fulham are interested in taking Jordan Ayew from Swansea as the striker closes in on his departure.

Andre Ayew is heading out on loan to Fenerbahce, Swansea confirmed yesterday, and he might not be the only striker departing.

Jordan Ayew could be in line for an immediate return to the Premier League.

The 26-year-old hit nine goals in 41 games for Swansea last season but could not prevent them from suffering relegation to the Championship.

After joining from Aston Villa in January 2017, the Ghana international has scored 12 goals in total.

The Verdict

Jordan Ayew was one of Swansea's better players going forward last season and if they managed to keep him, he would have been a good player to lead the line.

But he is clearly ambitious and wants to play at the highest level so Swansea need to get a decent fee for him.

If he leaves, along with his brother and perhaps Wilfried Bony, then Swansea need a new striker and they need to give Oli McBurnie more opportunities in the first-team.
