Norwich City moved 10 points clear at the top of the Championship table following a second victory at St Andrew's in the space of eight days.

The Canaries beat Coventry City at their temporary home last Wednesday before continuing their impressive form against Rotherham last weekend.

And Daniel Farke's team extended their winning sequence to four matches in the East Midlands - with Teemu Pukki once again amongst the goals against Birmingham City.

Pukki's brace means it's now six goals in four games for the Finnish striker, who was only denied his first Championship treble for Norwich after missing a penalty nine minutes after his opener.

 

 

That miss allowed Ivan Sanchez to equalise for the Blues, but Pukki made amends by putting the Canaries back ahead late on, before Oliver Skipp's first professional goal in stoppage-time ensured the points would be heading back to Carrow Road.

Skipp has been an outstanding servant since making the season-long loan move from Tottenham, starting all of Norwich's Championship matches this season.

But the young midfielder hadn't yet got himself on the scoresheet, although that changed when he found himself in the right place to tap home Lukas Rupp's squared pass in the closing stages.
