Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder will be looking for back-to-back wins when his side entertain Brentford on Wednesday night, looking to keep pace with both Norwich City and Leeds United who currently fill the automatic promotion spots.
One decision for Wilder is whether to recall veteran striker Billy Sharp to his starting XI, having played the 33-year-old from the bench in recent weeks.
So should Wilder start against Brentford tomorrow?
“He’s a big game player and has the goals to back that up.
“I’d like to see him partner Madine.
“They’d be a real handful.”
“Surely, he’s got to start?
“I’ve been surprised that he’s been left out of the team in recent weeks as I think he should be their first-choice striker at the moment.
“It’s a no brainer for Wilder in this one.”
“I think he will.
“At Sharp’s age, playing every minute of every game is going to be pretty difficult.
“So, having been benched last time out, I see the club’s top scorer and captain coming back in from the start.”
