‘Superb’, ‘Top drawer’ – Many Nottingham Forest fans react to 26-year-old’s weekend performance

Nottingham Forest battled hard to earn a point at the Den yesterday, drawing 1-1 with Millwall away from home.

The Reds are now unbeaten in their last two games, and will be keen to put a good run of form together heading into the festive period as they look to climb the table.

Forest had to battle hard to get something out of the game yesterday, as Millwall took the lead shortly after half-time through Tom Bradshaw.

Moments later, though, Alex Mighten scored his first ever senior goal, latching onto a long ball and firing into the net.

Brice Samba had to be there in stoppage time to pull off a fabulous save to deny Ryan Leonard’s long-range effort.

The goalkeeper was back to his best at the weekend. His form had been slightly up and down in recent weeks, but his performance on Saturday earned rave reviews.
