Scotland ended the international break in fine style last night as they won 3-2 against Israel.

The Tartan Army have had their fair share of critics in recent times and many felt as though this break would go horribly wrong with a number of dropouts from the squad.

However, thanks to the likes of James Forrest and Ryan Christie, they have got themselves promoted and will be in league B in the next instalment of the Nations League.

Another man to impress last night, though, was Sheffield Wednesday's Steven Fletcher as he led the line for the Tartan Army.

Whilst he didn't score himself, his link-up play with the likes of Christie, Forrest and Ryan Fraser was exemplary and he certainly did his chances of staying in the side no harm at all.
