Derby County sealed their place in the Championship playoffs with a 4-1 win over Barnsley at Pride Park, a result which also consigned the visitors to League One in the process.

The Rams came out of the blocks firing and would not look back, smashing four past Jose Morais' men and putting on a show in front of their home fans to cement sixth place in the Championship and set up a playoff semi final with Fulham.

One of the key players for the Rams all season and someone who put in another excellent display yesterday was midfielder Tom Huddlestone, who has been brilliant since returning to the club.

Indeed, Huddlestone took to Twitter following the game to thank the fans and call on the club to complete the job in the playoffs.
