While the vast majority of sides in Leagues One and Two will be ploughing on through the international break this weekend, Sunderland will take a break from action, with their game at home to Burton Albion postponed due to the international call ups.

That being said, The Black Cats may not be too grateful about a break in their schedule, after losing their unbeaten record at the start of the season with a 3-0 defeat away to Peterborough United at London Road last Saturday.

Even so, that is a break that they will have to deal with, and we've taken a look at how some of their squad have been spending it here, in our latest social media round-up.

Jordan Willis

While some players may want to take a brief break from football altogether during times such as this, it appears as though Jordan Willis doesn't want to stray too far from the beautiful game.

Taking to Twitter on Wednesday evening, the summer signing posted a screenshot of his final ultimate team from FIFA19.

Despite his disappointment at not uncovering a pro card, Willis still seems to have a pretty impressive squad, which appears to include the Brazilian Ronaldo, Barcelona's Antoine Griezmann and Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos.

Laurens De Bock

Sunderland only made one signing on the final day of the summer transfer window for League One and Two sides, but it was an eye-catching one, with Laurens De Bock joining on a season-long loan from Leeds United.

It now seems as though the defender is starting to settle in at his new temporary home, taking to Instagram to post a picture of himself in a Sunderland shirt, declaring his happiness to be at the club.

Following a difficult time at Elland Road, De Bock will surely be hoping for more regular game time now he has arrived at Sunderland, and it will be interesting to see how soon he is thrust into the action for Jack Ross' side.

Luke O'Nien

One player who will definitely be available for Sunderland when they return to action away to Accrington Stanley a week on Saturday is Luke O'Nien.

Despite seeing red at London Road last weekend, the versatile right-sided player could feature, after his dismissal for a coming together with Posh striker Ivan Toney was overturned on appeal.

Judging by the reaction of O'Nien to that successful appeal, we get the feeling that he may be slightly relieved by that news.
