Leeds United will be hoping they can hold their nerve in the race for promotion into the Premier League this season under the guidance of Marcelo Bielsa.

The Whites are currently sat top of the Championship table, and are seven points clear of third-placed Fulham with nine matches remaining in this year's campaign.

One player that has played a key role in their bid for a long-awaited return to the top-flight is Stuart Dallas, who has made 38 appearances in all competitions this term.

The Northern Irishman has also chipped in with three goals and one assist this season, as they edge closer to promotion into the top-flight.

Speaking in a Q&A with Leeds' official website, Dallas revealed that his goal against Blackburn was his favourite with the club to date, before admitting that his strike against Derby County in the play-offs could have been his favourite if the game had ended in better circumstances.

"I haven't scored that many have I! I always like the one I scored at Blackburn Rovers a few years ago, just because the whole stand was full.

"I wasn't playing well at the time and I just felt that I needed something to get me going and it probably didn't get me going to be honest, but I just enjoyed that because that whole end was full and we were going well at that time. That was a good finish as well!

"You can again look back at the semi-final and as good a goal as it was, I didn't really get time to enjoy it, and didn't enjoy it after the game!"

Leeds return to competitive action this weekend when they take on play-off chasing Cardiff City in front of the Sky Sports cameras, in what could potentially be a tricky test for Bielsa's side.

The Verdict:

I'm surprised his goal against Stoke isn't up there as that was a brilliant team goal!

Dallas has scored some memorable goals over the years for Leeds, and you would imagine that his goal against Derby County in the play-offs would have been his favourite if the Whites had won the game.

But that ended in disappointment, so you can understand the reasoning behind choosing the goal against Blackburn as his favourite.

He'll be hoping he can finish this year's campaign strongly, as they thoroughly deserve to win promotion into the Premier League.
