Hibernian winger Martin Boyle is attracting transfer interest from Stoke City and Huddersfield Town, according to reports from the Daily Record.

There is expected to be an overhaul at Easter Road this summer, with a host of high-profile players at risk of being sold due to the club's financial situation amid current events.

With only one year left on Boyle's contract, Hibs could well look to cash in on the forward this summer, rather than potentially lose him on a free transfer next summer.

Can you name these 13 hidden ex-Stoke City players?

The 27-year-old missed the first 10 games of the 2019/20 campaign due to injury, but finished the season with six goals and eight assists to his name across 28 appearances in all competitions.

Now, the Australian international is said to be attracting interest from the Championship, with Stoke City and Huddersfield Town being credited with an interest in the player.

Both Stoke and Huddersfield will be desperate to secure their Championship status as quickly as possible, with the season resuming this weekend.

The Potters sit 17th in the Sky Bet Championship table, whilst the Terriers sit only place below on the same level of points.

The Verdict

Boyle is a proven talent at SPFL level and you would back him to make the move to England and settle in with ease.

He's in his prime and contributed to a goal every two games in the 2019/20 campaign, which is a really impressive record you have to say.

I think he'd be a better fit at Stoke, as they lack natural width and he would be a key player for the Potters.
