Leeds United were made to pay for a woeful performance at Birmingham City yesterday as they blew the chance to cement their place in the top six with a 1-0 loss at St Andrews.
The Whites put in a terrible performance to take the gloss off what has been a positive 2017 on the whole, with the club remaining in the mix for the top six and a shot at promotion under new manager Thomas Christiansen.
Following the game with the Blues yesterday, Leeds right back and fan favourite Luke Ayling took to Twitter to voice his thoughts on the game, showing his displeasure for the loss but a genuinely positive attitude towards the season in general.

As usual with Ayling when he takes to social media, his thoughts drew in plenty of Leeds fans to respond, and they did just that this time as well.
We at FLW have taken a look at how Leeds fans reacted to the update from Ayling, and many fans remained positive and sympathetic with the former Bristol City man…
Be proud and Happy New Year x

Weird substitutions to make at that stage. Chucking Lossoga on at 84mins shows a lack of plan B too. Every game. He’s sh*t.
