League Two side, Colchester United, shocked Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday night as they knocked out the Premier League giants on penalties.

Tom Lapslie scored the winning penalty after the game ended goalless in 90 minutes, he dispatched after Lucas Moura's penalty had hit the crossbar.

It's the first time that Colchester have reached the last 16 in 44 years and the victory sparked a mass pitch invasion with players rejoicing with supporters.

In the previous round, the U's were able to knock out another Premier League side, in Roy Hodgson's Crystal Palace side, also on penalties.

It's been an impressive cup run so far, and it'll be interesting to see how they fare in the next round with a host of top Premier League sides in the hat.

They've also had a solid start in League Two and sit in tenth place, just two points off the play-off places.
