West Brom managed to earn a draw at Birmingham City last night, with goalkeeper Sam Johnstone making a key penalty save to help his side.

The Baggies were poor for large parts against Blues and deservedly trailed after Jota had given the hosts the lead.

It was a goal that Johnstone would've been disappointed with as the 25-year-old for some reason chose not to come for a cross that was headed across goal whilst he was then beaten at his near post by Jota's effort.

However, he made up for that with a big save to deny the Spanish winger from the spot just minutes later that ensured the Baggies didn't go two goals down.

That was a turning point in the game, with Darren Moore's men equalising shortly after.

Despite the penalty save, some Albion fans weren't happy with the performance of the former Aston Villa man, although others praised his contribution.

Here's how they reacted to his performance on twitter...
