Swansea have had a very good start to the season and after 15 games of the new campaign, the Swans find themselves sitting in 4th place.

It's been a very bright opening to the campaign, and Steve Cooper will be delighted with the way things have gone especially after taking over from someone as highly-rated as Graham Potter.

The Welshman has come across very well in the interviews that he's done and he has been a very good man manager. He's shown this by bringing back Andre Ayew and Borja Baston, whose Swansea careers were seemingly over, to become regular starters and constantly work at 100% for the side.

His recent comments stated that Swansea were all in it together and that there would be no individual praise or blame. It's such a strong statement for Cooper to make, and it's something that a lot of promotion teams have in common.

That way, you never get too high with a win or to low with a loss but you know that you have your team-mates next to you, and supporting you. Some of the best sides to ever be promoted from the Championship were great teams rather than technically gifted individuals.

For example, the Reading side that achieved the highest points record in the English league history was a very good team. They all stood out together, and they'd bounce back from poor runs with victories, they proved how good they were the following season in the Premier League finishing 8th.

Cooper has made this Swans side hard to beat, but the best attribute he's given them is that they can bounce back. In October, they were going through a rather torrid run and couldn't find a win against any of Stoke, Reading or Barnsley but they fought back and have now beaten rivals Cardiff at the Liberty Stadium as well as recording their most recent victory at Wigan on Saturday.

This is down to the players being a team. They aren't the best on paper, or even tipped to be in the top six, but they're proving everyone wrong and could well find themselves in the Premier League next season.
