Queens Park Rangers fans have debated over who they think the best talent to come through the club’s academy is.
QPR aren’t a club famed for their youth production, but in their history they’ve produced some fine names of football. In modern history, youth production has never really been high up on QPR’s agenda but today, it very much is.
Can you get 15 out of 15 on this QPR quiz? Have a go now!
Ebere Eze came into question on Twitter, and many feel like he’ll one day prove to be QPR’s best product. He’s enjoyed a breakthrough season under Mark Warburton and looks set to step-up to the Premier League when the transfer window opens.
But he’s a way to go if he’s to earn the title of QPR’s ‘Best Ever Product’. Many QPR fans weighed in on the debate, with names coming from all generations of the game.
Here’s what they had to say:
Raheem Sterling, although he never made a senior appearance for us

Ebbs is a fantastic talent 💫 possibly ‘the best baller’ since the incredibly skilful Tarbs… as Sir Neil named him!
But for me in my time, the best young player to come through the Rangers ranks has to be Gerry Francis…!
… Why? Because he captained QPR & England👊

sterling if you count him, but way too early to tell.

You never saw, Clement, Gillard, Francis, McDonald, Neil, Dawes, Allen, Goddard, Crouch, Sterling, Jeanne, (Paul Furlong) all pure youth players, Eze is the most skilful (Jeanne) could have been, a lesson to Eze, don’t waste that talent!

I would go with Gerry Francis
