West Brom picked up an important 3-0 win against Swansea City on Wednesday night in the first match since Darren Moore was sacked as manager.

It is a result that means the Baggies stay in fourth place in the Championship table and nine points behind the automatic promotion places with just nine games left to play.

Experienced midfielder Chris Brunt opened the scoring just 19 minutes into the match when his crossed free-kick alluded everybody and nestled in the back of net.

Everton loanee Holgate made it two nine minutes into the second half, getting the final touch on a wicked Brunt delivery, before Jay Rodriguez made the points safe five minutes from time.

And it was the performance of Brunt that got the fans talking after the game, putting in what was almost certainly his best showing of the season.
