Bolton Wanderers moved into positive points in dramatic fashion after a 1-0 win over MK Dons on Saturday.

Daryl Murphy's close-range strike proved to be the winner that sparked jubilant scenes in stoppage time at the University of Bolton Stadium.

Murphy had the chance to give the Trotters the lead on 90 minutes, but he saw his penalty saved by MK Dons goalkeeper Lee Nicholls to see the scores remain level.

The win for Keith Hill's side means that they move into positive points for the first time this season, and are now just four points adrift of Southend United in the League One table.

The Trotters were deducted 12 points over the summer, and they were on the brink of liquidation as a club at one stage this year.

Plenty of Bolton supporters took to social media to express their delight at this recent win.
