Jaap Stam has never been the most popular man in Leeds, and this week his unpopularity is growing with Leeds United supporters.

The former Manchester United defender is now Reading’s manager, and is currently preparing his side for Leeds’ visit on Saturday night.

Ahead of their high-profile clash in the Sky Bet Championship, the Reading camp has been very vocal about their Play-Off rivals.

First of all Yann Kermorgant questioned Leeds’ threat without top scorer Chris Wood, claiming Garry Monk’s side had no “plan B.”

Stam then delivered his thoughts on Leeds’ supporters, after they criticised the Dutchman’s style of football, following the Whites 2-0 victory over Reading back in December.

Leeds picked Reading off twice in that game, despite Stam’s side dominating much of the possession.
