Southampton and Nottingham Forest are both interested in signing Oscar Estupinan from Hull City, according to AS Colombia (as cited by Sport Witness).

It is also understood that AFC Bournemouth are keeping tabs on Estupinan.

As per this report, the striker could potentially leave Hull during the current transfer window.

Last week, Estupinan emerged as a potential target for Everton.

A report from Las2orillas last week suggested that the Toffees were keen on the possibility of making a move for the 26-year-old.

Since sealing a move to Hull in the previous transfer window, Estupinan has managed to produce a host of promising performances for the club.

In the 24 league appearances that he has made for the Tigers, the striker has managed to find the back of the net on 12 occasions while he has also chipped in with one assist.

Estupinan's latest goal came during Hull's showdown with Huddersfield Town last weekend.

This particular strike was cancelled out by Michal Helik's effort as the game ended in a 1-1 draw at the MKM Stadium.

Hull will be hoping to turn to Estupinan for inspiration again on Friday when they head to Bramall Lane to face promotion hopefuls Sheffield United.

The Verdict

When you consider that Estupinan has managed to provide an attacking threat for Hull this season, it is hardly a surprise that he is now attracting interest from four Premier League sides.

The Tigers certainly will not be in a rush to sell the striker as his current contract at the club runs until 2025.

Therefore, it may take a major offer from Southampton, Forest, Bournemouth or Everton to test Hull's resolve.

All four of these sides could benefit from the arrival of a new striker as they look to avoid relegation to the Championship later this year and thus Estupinan could fit the bill.

However, when you consider that Hull will need to draft in a sufficient replacement for the Colombia international at short notice, it would be somewhat of a surprise if he does end up moving on to pastures new between now and the end of January.
