Portsmouth and Ipswich Town join Championship trio, Peterborough United, Huddersfield Town and Derby County, in holding an interest in signing Gabriel Osho from Luton Town this summer, a source has revealed to Football League World.

Osho, 22, is a former Reading FC academy graduate, who has been on the books at Kenilworth Road since 2020.

However, the defender has spent little time in the first team at Luton, having made only one FA Cup appearance for the Hatters since arriving.

A source has revealed to Football League World that Luton are once again open to Osho moving out of the club on loan, with Championship and League One interest emerging.

It is Football League World's understanding that Peterborough, Huddersfield and Derby - the latter limited to signing free agents or six-month loans - have all enquired about his service, whilst Portsmouth and Ipswich are League One clubs showing a similar level of interest.

Since arriving at Luton, Osho has moved out on loan twice, featuring for Yeovil Town and Rochdale in 2020/21.

Yeovil struggled to offer the young defender the game time Luton desired in the National League, which led him to Rochdale during the second-half of the season. Osho featured 22 times in League One for Dale, scoring once in April's 3-3 draw with AFC Wimbledon.

Ultimately, Rochdale were relegated from League One at the end of the season.
