Hull City forward Keane Lewis Potter has been attracting Premier League glances, although Football League World understands that Brentford's interest in a deal has been fading.

It was reported by The Sun last week that Brentford were interested in a deal for Lewis Potter, whilst there was also an admirer in Premier League heavyweight, Tottenham.

Football League World sources, though, have explained that Brentford's interest in signing Lewis Potter is cooling right now.

The Tigers have been reportedly bracing themselves for speculation in the final days of the January transfer window, with things set to intensify if they hang onto him until the summer.

Lewis Potter has impressed in the Championship this season, taking to the division well by scoring five goals and registering three assists in 27 appearances.

Last season, under former boss Grant McCann, Lewis Potter played a crucial role in firing Hull to the League One title and promotion, scoring 13 goals and registering five assists.

His form across the last 18 months has heightened Premier League interest, with Tottenham known admirers of the 20-year-old.

Lewis Potter's last goal came on December 18th in a 2-1 defeat for Hull at Nottingham Forest, with it now five games across all competitions without a goal for the youngster.
