AFC Bournemouth star, Arnaut Danjuma, is keeping his options open despite interest and an enquiry from Aston Villa at this midpoint of the summer transfer window, a source has exclusively revealed to Football League World.

Scott Parker has been appointed at AFC Bournemouth this summer, replacing Jonathan Woodgate at the helm.

One of the former Fulham chief's key tasks is potentially juggling the loss of Danjuma, who excelled in the Championship and play-offs last season with 17 goals and six assists.

A source has revealed to Football League World that Bournemouth are fielding a lot of interest in the 24-year-old, with Aston Villa even lodging an enquiry.

Villa finished 11th in the Premier League last season, with Dean Smith already going big to land the service of Emi Buendia from Norwich City as he looks to evolve his squad.

Despite the appetising potential opportunity of a move to Villa Park, Danjuma is keeping his options open at this stage having linked back up with Bournemouth for pre-season.

Football League World understand that Danjuma is very tempted by the option to move back out into Europe, with the winger set to explore all his possible destinations before making a concrete decision on his future.

Danjuma's career began with NEC Nijmegen, before he moved onto Club Brugge and then Bournemouth.
