An own goal from Jordy de Wijs and a strike from Ezgjan Alioski secured Leeds United a 2-0 win over Hull City last night, moving the Whites back to the top of the Sky Bet Championship.

Leeds were frustrated for 73 minutes by the Tigers, but as de Wijs looked to cut out Helder Costa’s cross, he turned the ball past George Long for 1-0.

And, after a point-blank save from Kiko Casilla denied Hull on 81 minutes, Leeds broke, with Alioski eventually finishing a sweeping counterattack from Marcelo Bielsa’s side.

However, in the build-up to Alioski’s goal, Patrick Bamford collided with Long as he looked to reach his effort that struck the post.

That’s brought claims from Hull skipper Eric Lichaj that Bamford made contact with Long’s head on purpose, with the right-back claiming he was ‘disgusted’.

As expected, that has sparked a reaction from the Leeds fans, who have been quick to jump to Bamford’s defence and turn on their Hull counterparts.

Here, we break down some of that reaction…
