Plenty of Leeds United fans have reacted to a message from Hadi Sacko on social media, after the his departure from Elland Road was confirmed.

The 25-year-old has moved to Turkish top-flight side Denizlispor after three years at Elland Road, signing a two-year deal.

The winger was an important player for Leeds under Garry Monk in the 2016/17 season, after joining on loan from Sporting Lisbon, scoring two goals in 38 Championship appearances for the Whites.

The attacker joined on a permanent deal a year later, but fell down the pecking order under Thomas Christiansen and Paul Heckingbottom, making 18 appearances in the 2017/18 season.

The forward failed to impress Marcelo Bielsa when he took charge at Elland Road last summer and spent last season on loan at two different clubs.

After his departure was confirmed, Sacko sent an emotional message to Leeds fans on social media, describing it as an honour to play for the club and wishing the team all the best for the future.

Plenty of Leeds fans were quick to react the player’s message and wishing the player all the best for his future, as he looks to begin the next chapter of his career in Turkey.
