Ipswich Town will be looking to book their place in the second round of the FA Cup this evening when they head to Boundary Park to face Oldham Athletic.

The Tractor Boys were held to a draw by Keith Curle's side earlier this month in the initial fixture and thus will have to navigate a replay if they are to set up a clash with Barrow at Portman Road.

Currently on a four-game unbeaten run in all competitions, Ipswich should fancy their chances of beating an Oldham outfit who are 23rd in the League Two standings.

Having witnessed his side secure a point in their meeting with Oxford United last weekend, it will be interesting to see whether Tractor Boys manager Paul Cook decides to make any significant changes to the club's starting eleven tonight.

Here, we have decided to take a look at how Ipswich could line up against Oldham...

Having utilised the 4-2-3-1 formation regularly during the current campaign, Cook is likely to stick with this particular set-up today.

Christian Walton will be looking to claim his third clean-sheet of the season against Oldham.

Toto Nsiala will feature in the heart of defence alongside George Edmundson as this particular duo continue to form a fruitful partnership.

Janoi Donacien is set to be utilised on the right-hand side of defence whilst Bailey Clements is expected to line up at left-back after delivering an assured performance against Oxford.

Sam Morsy and Lee Evans are expected to play in central midfield whilst Cook may opt to rotate his attacking options ahead of the club's clash with Sunderland this weekend.

Conor Chaplin could be brought into the side as a replacement for Kyle Edwards and Sone Aluko may also be given a chance to showcase his talent.

The 32-year-old has already managed to score three goals for his side this season and was introduced as a substitute during Ipswich's recent draw with Oxford.

By producing an eye-catching performance against Oldham, Aluko could potentially retain his place in the side for Saturday's showdown with the Black Cats.

Bersant Celina is likely to feature for Ipswich in this fixture whilst Joe Pigott may be tasked with leading the line if Cook opts to rest top-scorer Macauley Bonne.
