Eddie Nketiah has been linked with a loan move from Bristol City to Arsenal in recent weeks, and just when it looked as if the Robins could miss out on the forward, the transfer story took another twist.

In a comical mishap on the Arsenal website, Nketiah's player profile indicated that the striker had joined Bristol City on loan for all of five minutes, and it didn't take long for the Bristol City supporters to  latch onto the mistake and put it out in the open.

The mishap didn't last for long, as the Gunners website quickly showed that Nketiah was on loan at Leeds before showing that the striker was, in fact, not on loan anywhere at the current time.

The 20-year-old striker joined Leeds on loan at the start of the season, originally for the whole season, and he managed to score five goals in 19 appearances across all competitions during the first half of the season, however was recalled by Arsenal due to his lack of game-time at Elland Road.

Mikel Arteta and Arsenal are now working on trying to send the forward elsewhere for the second half of the season.
