Middlesbrough have made a strong start to the Championship season - with Neil Warnock already making a major impact in just under five months at the Riverside Stadium.

Having replaced Jonathan Woodgate as Boro boss post-lockdown, Warnock led the Teeside outfit to second-tier safety, after guiding Middlesbrough to four wins in eight matches.

And the 71-year-old has made an ever greater impression in this campaign - with Boro currently on a 10-game unbeaten run in the league having not suffered defeat since losing at Watford on the opening-day.

Boro are currently 9th in the Championship standings, just one point adrift of the top-six, and currently have the best defensive record in the division, having shipped just five goals.
