Liam Cullen extended his contract with Swansea City until the summer of 2022 yesterday, as Steve Cooper ties down one of the hottest prospects at the club.
The striker has been with the Swans academy since the age of eight, rising up through the ranks and making his debut for the under-18s while just 13.
The 20-year-old has been in form this season for the under-23 side at The Liberty Stadium, as he has been regularly finding the net with 17 goals, including netting all four in the 4-0 victory over Everton under-23s on Monday.
Having represented the Wales youth teams, Cullen will be holding ambitions of breaking into the senior setup as well as becoming a permanent member of the Swansea first-team in the next few years, having made his debut as a 78th-minute substitute against Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup last August.
