On Saturday, Millwall gained another valuable three points to add their playoff push as they managed to overcome Reading 2-0 at The Den.

Tom Bradshaw had an attempt saved by Rafael inside the first half, while Matt Smith went close with a header for the Lions.

Yakou Meite had an attempt for the Royals blocked as he fired at goal from a scramble inside the six-yard box, and John Swift just failed to connect with a Tyler Blackett cross as the game became more open for both sides.

Smith managed to break the deadlock though with 20 minutes to go as he powered in a drive from Jed Wallace's cross into the area, while Jon Dadi Bodvarsson sealed the win against his former side by slotting in past Rafael while one-on-one.
