‘So unprofessional’ – Derby County fans react with anger at player

Darren Bent was surely the topic of all Derby fans’ conversations on Tuesday night, after their 1-1 draw with Preston North End.
Tom Barkhuizen snatched a point for the Lilywhites in the 94th minute of play, a draw that leaves Steve McClaren’s men now a staggering 10 points off the playoffs, which inevitably caused a load of frustration inside Pride Park.
Bent reacted in arguably the worst possible fashion, slating them fans who watched their Derby side fail to pick up yet another win, having came out victors just once in their last 8 league games.
The tweet, that said “So the substitutions are responsible for us conceding a late goal last night, some of these fans never fail to surprise me or make me laugh”, infuriated some of the Rams fans.
