Yesterday was the 28th birthday of former QPR forward Pawel Wszolek and many fans of the west London club have been waxing lyrical about their former man.

The Poland international originally joined the R's on loan from Serie A side Hellas Verona ahead of the 2016/17 campaign.

QPR made Wszolek's deal permanent in January 2017 and the forward would go on to make 113 appearances in total – scoring 11 times and providing 13 assists.

Has Ebere Eze done these 12 things at QPR? Have a go now!

The 28-year-old is capable of playing across the forward line but was mostly utilised as a right-winger during his time at QPR.

Despite having his most productive season for the R's last term, adding six goals and four assists, the Polish forward left the club in the summer moving to Legia Warsaw on a free transfer.

On his 28th birthday, a tribute to Wszolek has emerged on Twitter, including footage of a famous goal against local rivals Fulham at Craven Cottage.

The post appears to have caused some discussion among fans of the west London club, many of whom took to Twitter to wax lyrical about their former forward.
