Watford were held to a 1-1 draw by Championship new boys Wycombe last night and many Hornets fans have been hugely critical of Nathaniel Chalobah's display.

The 25-year-old was brought to replace Christian Kabasele at centre-back in the second half and looked far from convincing as the Hornets were forced to settle for a draw.

Wycombe had yet to earn a single point this season heading into last night's game but were on top for much of proceedings with Ben Foster producing a number of hugely impressive saves.

It was visitors made the breakthrough at Adams Park, however, with Ismaila Sarr heading them into the lead in the 52nd minute.

Gareth Ainsworth's men fought back strongly though and were rewarded with an equaliser 14 minutes later when Anthony Stewart rose highest from a corner to finally put the ball in Watson's net.

A win for the Hornets would've taken them up into second place but they were forced to settle for just a point against likely relegation candidates Wycombe.

Are these 10 facts about Vicarage Road true or false?

Chalobah's disappointing display, which saw him lose possession five times in his 15 minutes on the pitch, appears to have caught the attention of the Vicarage Road faithful and many fans took to Twitter to voice their thoughts.
