‘So overrated’ – These QPR fans react to player who ‘needs a reality check’ after West Brom defeat

It was a bad night for QPR on Friday, as they were beaten 2-1 by West Brom at The Hawthorns, condemning them to a third straight defeat in the league.

Things initially started well for Mark Warburton’s side, with Andre Gray putting them ahead after just 45 seconds.

However, after much pressure, West Brom would equalise with 15 minutes remaining, as Seny Dieng fumbled Karlan Grant’s shot into the back of the net.

Then, with the game into the very last minutes of normal time, Grant clinically struck a second to claim all three points for the hosts.

That leaves QPR eighth in the Championship table, with some of their fans not surprisingly frustrated with their recent run of results as they took to Twitter to give their thoughts on the game.

One player who came in for a considerable amount of scrutiny, was Ilias Chair.

It was a loose pass from Chair that started the move from which West Brom scored the winner, while there also appears to be a sense among supporters, that the young attacker fails to pass at the right moments when further up the pitch.
