Slaven Bilic was in a philosophical mood as he stated that West Brom must maintain this 'wonderful' atmosphere that they have ahead of the fixture against Leeds on Tuesday.

West Brom travel to Elland Road on Tuesday looking to make it ten league fixtures unbeaten, as they remain the only Championship side not to have tasted defeat in the current campaign.

Bilic has brought in a number of players over the summer, whilst also getting rid of a few of the long-serving members of the squad. So far, it's worked to perfection, and they'll be hoping they can carry on what is a fabulous start to the season.

The Croatian was in a buoyant mood and expressed how happy he was that his side were confident.

Speaking to the Birmingham Mail, Bilic said: "There is no stopping and it’s good to be confident.

"It’s great to be confident but you have to know what you need to do to maintain this wonderful atmosphere we find ourselves in.

“There is no yesterday, there is only today and tomorrow and it is part of my job and my staff’s job to remind these young guys that.

“But it’s important also to enjoy it.”

The Verdict

It is such big game on Tuesday for both West Brom and Leeds. If the Baggies get through it unscathed then it really is a huge signal of intent, especially if they make it through ten games of the season unbeaten.

It will be a fascinating contest, as I'm sure Leeds will be right up for the fixture after their recent poor run of results. They'll want to turn that around and can do that with a massive victory over Bilic's side.

The Baggies have the confidence and the momentum, but Elland Road is always a tough place to go. It should be a cracker.
