Swansea host Luton Town at the Liberty Stadium in the latest round of Championship fixtures on Saturday afternoon.

Steve Cooper's men were beaten at Middlesbrough in midweek, and after the top four sides in the division failed to win, Swans squandered the opportunity to climb to the summit for the first time this season.

However, the Championship table is more congested that ever - with their defeat at the Riverside seeing the South Wales outfit slip outside of the top-six for the first time since the opening-day.

Meanwhile, Luton produced the standout victory in midweek by treating their returning fans at Kenilworth Road to their best win since their promotion back to the second-tier against Norwich.

Quiz: Which club did Swansea City sign each of these 25 players from?

But what does EFL pundit David Prutton think will happen in South Wales. He fancies Swansea to take the points in a 2-1 scoreline.

He told Sky Sports: "Swansea will be looking to bounce back after their defeat at Middlesbrough in midweek. They don't have the biggest squad, and a few changes may have seen them lose a little bit of momentum in that one.

"Luton were superb against Norwich, and what a joy it was to see home fans celebrate goals scored by their side at Kenilworth Road in midweek. This is a big test for them, though. I have to tip the Swans."

The Verdict

This is coupon buster written all over it. Swansea are clear favourites, but Luton are continuing to defy the odds this season - no more so than against Norwich on Wednesday evening.

Both sides don't score too many, whilst they're relatively solid at the other end, which is why I fancy the Hatters to leave South Wales with their fourth 1-0 away victory of the campaign.
