Luton Town will be hoping to strengthen their position in the Championship play-offs when Blackpool visit Kenilworth Road tomorrow afternoon.

The Hatters, who currently sit fourth in the second-tier standings, possess a six-point advantage over Millwall in sixth place.

The Bedfordshire club could secure their spot in this season's play-offs with a positive result against the Tangerines, however, Neil Critchley's side will be in a confident mood after their 6-1 thrashing of Birmingham City.

The Seasiders have enjoyed a strong first season back in the second tier and will be eager to finish the campaign as strongly as possible.

A finish inside the top half remains a genuine possibility for the Lancashire club, something that will represent an excellent achievement and will give the Tangerines something massive to build on.

Issuing his score prediction via his Sky Sports column, David Prutton believes that this game will finish 1-1.

The verdict

Luton secured two excellent results over the Easter weekend, with the Hatters once again reaching a point where the injury concerns are stacking up.

For that reason, it is difficult to first predict who will be available for tomorrow's clash, and secondly, if they are able to continue impressing with lots of notable absentees.

Fresh off an excellent win, Blackpool will be brimming with confidence and will make this a tough one for the Bedfordshire outfit.

A 1-1 draw does seem like a very good shout for tomorrow, however, it will also be no surprise if the Hatters secure a third successive victory and secure their play-off spot.
