Huddersfield Town take on Middlesbrough in the Championship tomorrow at the John Smith's Stadium, with Sky Sports pundit, David Prutton, predicting a comfortable away victory.

Carlos Corberan sees his side without a win in their last four Championship fixtures, losing two and drawing two. That includes Tuesday night's stalemate with Wycombe Wanderers, which has left the Terriers in mid-table.

And, Boro have been one of the Championship's more impressive sides this season under the stewardship of Neil Warnock.

They boast the best defensive record in the Championship having conceded just six goals in 13 games, which has pushed them in-and-around the play-offs at this early stage of the season.

On Wednesday night, they added to Derby County's woe at the Riverside Stadium, with a 3-0 win helping them bounce back following Saturday's defeat to table topping, Norwich City.

Offering up his predictions for Sky Sports this week, Prutton has backed Boro to win 2-0 at the John Smith's Stadium - a result that will boost their chances of an early-season play-off position and make it five games without a win for Huddersfield.

The Verdict

In truth, Boro are going to be favourites heading into this fixture.

They will concede the bulk of possession, which will suit Huddersfield, but their rock-solid defence is going to be a big problem for Corberan and his side.

Huddersfield aren't the most prolific side in the Championship given all their possession and that will be in issue if Boro bring their A-Game in a counter-attacking sense.
