Leeds United welcome Millwall to eland Road tomorrow as they look to get their promotion push back on track.

The Whites are without a win in three Championship games during which time they haven’t scored a goal. As well as that, they suffered an embarrassing FA Cup exit to Newport County in which key man Samuel Saiz was sent off for spitting.

The influential Spaniard will miss the second of his six games tomorrow, yet despite his absence, EFL pundit David Prutton is predicting Thomas Christiansen’s men to secure a much-needed win.

Prutton, who used to play for Leeds, went for the Yorkshire club to win 1-0 when writing his regular column for Sky Sports.

Even though Leeds are struggling, they will go into the match as favourites and it’s understandable given Millwall’s dismal away record.

The Lions are formidable opponents at The Den but have managed to collect six points from 13 games on the road – and are still to register an away win.

Although, given the hostility between the two clubs, they would love to get their first at Elland Road tomorrow.

The Verdict

Millwall’s poor away form makes it extremely hard to back them to come away from Yorkshire with anything.

Over 31,000 fans will be at the game in what should be an electric atmosphere that will only help the hosts.

Prutton’s prediction is fair though, because Millwall are a resolute side and do make it hard for teams, but the class Leeds have should tell, even without Samuel Saiz.
