Derby County make the tricky trip to Millwall this weekend on the back of a Carabao Cup win against Oldham Athletic, but they face a tough task upon arrival.

The Den is notoriously unwelcoming for visiting sides and Neil Harris has overseen a good start to the campaign, progressing against Gillingham in the cup and remaining unbeaten in the league.

They might not be able to kill games off, all three of their opening fixtures have been drawn over 90 minutes, but in Derby they face a side with more questions than answers themselves.

Former Nottingham Forest midfielder David Prutton doesn't believe it will be easy for Frank Lampard's side, giving his opinion on the Sky Sports website he predicts misery in South East London for the Rams.

"Millwall have drawn both their Championship games, one they should have won and one they probably should have lost, so it's hard to see exactly where they're at so far. But they always make it tough for visiting sides and I think this will be a home win."

Derby are currently above the Lions in the early league table, courtesy of a last-gasp win against Reading in the opening fixture of the current season.

The Verdict

If only Millwall had the means to sign a Patrick Bamford or Lewis Grabban, they could be challenging for the top six.

As it is, they'll rely on steel and determination to win games, but that lack of quality up front will hold them back.

Still, they should be able to give Frank Lampard an early introduction to life in the second-tier with a win this weekend. His side haven't settled yet and they can take advantage of that.
