West Brom will look to put a frustrating week behind them as they travel to Preston North End this weekend.

The Baggies were unable to pick up a win in any of their last two games which both came at home.

Valerien Ismael's side hosted Millwall last weekend, but Dan Ballard's header cancelled out Kyle Bartley's opener.

Then, in midweek, Derby County held Albion to a frustrating goalless draw on a night where they created plenty of chances and squandered them.

The Baggies are back on the road this weekend, though, as they face Preston North End at Deepdale.

After losing their first three games, North End are unbeaten in their last four and produced a gutsy performance in midweek to draw with Sheffield United.

Emil Riis netted a stoppage time equaliser for Frankie McAvoy's side, and they will look to return to winning ways on Saturday.

What does Sky Sports' David Prutton think, then? He's gone with a comfortable 2-0 away win for West Brom, here.

He said: "Preston are unbeaten in four now, which has helped lift some of the early concern around Deepdale after a poor start to the season and concerns about recruitment in attacking departments.

"West Brom did everything but score against Derby in midweek, and Valerien Ismael will be out to put things right on Saturday. I think they will."

The Verdict

I think West Brom will win this one, but it won't be straightforward for them.

Preston started the season poorly, but they are now unbeaten in four and have turned a corner. They were no pushovers for Sheffield United in midweek.

West Brom, on their day, can beat anyone though. They have so much quality in the final third going forward and will always create chances, so you cannot back against them.
