QPR will be striving to strengthen their promotion bid when Huddersfield Town visit the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium tomorrow evening.

The R's currently occupy the final play-off spot, and they are one point and one position ahead of tomorrow's opposition.

QPR have been particularly strong on home soil this season, averaging two points per game at their West London home, compared to 1.22 on the road.

On the flip side of things, Huddersfield have a good chance of securing a spot back in the play-off positions.

The Terriers have remained in and around the top six all season and will be a confident outfit after beating West Brom at the weekend.

Like The R's, Huddersfield have been much stronger on home soil, averaging just a point per game away from the John Smith's Stadium.

Issuing his score prediction via his Sky Sports column, David Prutton believes that this game will end as a 1-1 draw.

The verdict

Tomorrow night's clash at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium promises to be an exciting encounter between two teams who have play-off ambitions.

QPR have turned their home ground into somewhat of a fortress this season, with their only defeat in West London coming in the form of a narrow loss that was inflicted by a 90th minute goal.

Huddersfield have proven to be difficult opposition to play this season, but QPR have firepower in abundance and it will be no surprise to see The R's end up victorious.

Equally, Huddersfield have bright, attack-minded players who will cause damage if allowed to.
