The Championship is back for the final time before the international break this weekend and fans up and down the country will be hoping that their side ends this period of games on a high.
For sure, since the last international break we have seen a real shift across the Championship and now we’ve got a better idea of where teams are heading, with Bolton unfortunately seeming to be going only one way.
Certainly, they’ll be looking to try and change many people’s minds against Aston Villa this weekend at Villa Park, but the Villans are the favourites and Sky Sports’ David Prutton can’t see anything but a home win.
Indeed, writing in his regular predictions column, the former midfielder said that it could get bad for Bolton this weekend with Villa beginning to really pick up pace and he is backing a 3-0 win.
The men from Villa Park are looking like the side we were expecting to see from the off this season with them scoring goals and not conceding many in recent games.
They are just off of the play-offs now, too, and so they’ll be surely gunning for the victory.
It really is hard to find a case for Bolton winning this weekend and so it seems pretty safe to say that Prutton is right with this particular prediction.
The Trotters haven’t won a game in the league all season whilst Villa are looking like one of the form teams in the league right now so there should only be one winner. 3-0 Villa.
