We're gearing up for another full schedule of Football League action this weekend and there's set to be a rather big clash in Sky Bet League 2 as Luton Town and Coventry City meet.

Both sides will have their eyes on promotion this season and it is the Hatters who now look prime candidates for that with them overhauling Exeter City and Notts County in recent weeks. The two early pace-setters are still in contention, but Luton look the side to beat now with them scoring goals freely.

Coventry City, though, have got a great defence - the best in the division - and so we could be in for a case of irresistible force v immovable object at Kenilworth Road come kick-off.

Writing in his Sky Sports weekly prediction column, though, David Prutton feels as though the home side is going to win out - purely thanks to their extra confidence. The Hatters have battered a few sides already this season and, though they drew 0-0 last time out with Crawley Town, they've still got the confidence brimming.

And, though it'll be tough against a side that's only conceded eight goals in the league in Coventry, Prutton is going for a 2-0 win.

The Verdict

Personally, I also think Luton will take the win but I think it'll be the most narrow of margins with a 1-0 scoreline.

It's going to be interesting how these two sides approach the game with one superb at attacking and the other at defending and I think the home advantage might just prove pivotal.
