York City's four year stay in the Football League will be over if they fail to beat a tough opposition in Portsmouth at home.

Pompey are just six points off the automatic promotion spots and with a game in hand aswell. A win would be vital towards that push.

Newport County can send York down no matter what the score is at Bootham Crescent if they win against Oxford. The JPT runners up are currently second but sit just a point above fourth, making winning in Wales a must.

Bristol Rovers currently occupy the final automatic spot and next for them is a trip to Stevenage who can also send York down even if York win, if Stevenage draw and Newport win.

Accrington Stanley sit fourth, just outside the top three on goal difference. They head to Hartlepool looking to contribute to their promotion push.

Fifth place Plymouth got their promotion fight back on as they won at the weekend after losing their previous two. They go to London to play Leyton Orient who are playing for a place in the play-offs. This will be a must win for both sides.

The team currently placed in the final play-off place, AFC Wimbledon, go to Dagenham and Redbridge who were relegated at the weekend.

Wycombe host Yeovil while Exeter are at home to Mansfield. Both are just two points outside the top seven and will need wins to keep the pressure on Wimbledon.

Carlisle and Cambridge's play-off ambitions both took a blow at the weekend but they both have home games to try and recover this Tuesday night.

The new champions of the League, Northampton have a home game against Crawley as they aim to reach 100 points.
