It’s been an excellent summer for Leeds United who have added to their squad extremely well, as shown by their strong start to the campaign.
The Elland Road side have mainly focused on the foreign market when recruiting this year, with only a few of their additions having ever played in England before.
Some of their new players have made an immediate impact, with Samu Saiz scoring five goals already in all competitions and Ezgjan Alioski directly involved in three goals and both impressing their new fans.
They do need a new striker before the end of the month, but one player has come onto the market with not long to go that Leeds should absolutely snap up, with their Chris Wood money.
World Cup winner Esteban Cambiasso reportedly fancies a move back to England after two seasons at Greek giants Olympiacos.
He showed how good a player he is after helping Leicester City claimed Premier League survival in the 2014/15 season, and to have him in the second tier of English football would be an unbelievable coup for Leeds.
The Argentine international is a player well known throughout the world for his ability.
He started his career with Real Madrid, but his most prominent spell was with Inter Milan, where he is a club legend.
He moved there in 2004 and spent 10 years in Italy, making over 300 appearances for them and winning the Champions League and Serie A five times in a row between 2005 and 2010.
To say this would be an astonishing signing for a Championship club would be an understatement.
If Cambiasso is on the market, Leeds should certainly make a move.
