Millwall's winless November continued following a 1-1 draw with Reading at The Den on Wednesday.

The Lions now haven't tasted victory since winning at Preston at the end of last month, drawing each of their four Championship matches - which has seen Gary Rowett's men slip four points adrift of the play-off places.

However, factoring in their recent Coronavirus problems and the number of injuries they've suffered, it's still been a solid start to the campaign for Millwall, who're sitting 10th in the table.

One player that's been crucial to their form is Ryan Leonard.

The once club-record signing has impressed throughout this season, starting 12 of the Lions' 13 league matches, and has even been forced to fill in at right-back against both Cardiff and Reading in Mahlon Romeo's absence.

But the three-year contract that Leonard signed when moving from Sheffield United in 2018 expires in the summer, and a new deal to keep the midfielder at The Den hasn't yet been agreed.

However, the 28-year-old told NewsatDen that he "hopes" to extend his stay in South London - and plenty of Millwall fans think that Leonard deserves an extension.
