Leeds United are weighing up a swoop for Luton Town's in-form right-back James Justin, according to Football Insider.

The 19-year-old has been in fine form for top of the table Luton, and Christiansen has seemingly identified the player as someone who can replace Luke Ayling, who's been ruled out for the season due to injury.

Would Justin be a good acquisition for the Whites? Is League Two to the Championship too much of a jump?

We discuss...

Luke Randall

Another promising acquisition.

The defender has been superb at right-back for the Hatters this season, still at 19-years-old he's another youth-product Leeds will hope to secure the future services of.

With the Luke Ayling injury, he could battle Berardi for a place at right-back with competition making for better performances in the Leeds United defence.

George Dagless

It's a gamble but one that could be worth taking.

He's a very young player but he's done well for Luton Town this season and so deserves a shot higher up.

Signing for Leeds is a pretty big deal, though, and so it'd be interesting to see how he'd handle the added pressure.

Sam Preston

He is a quality prospect.

He can play full-back on both sides and in the absence of Luke Ayling, that is ideal for Leeds.

At 18, is he ready to jump up two leagues? It's a big ask and I wouldn't expect him to make an instant impact in a promotion push.

He is worth a look at the right price but another young signing might frustrate Leeds fans further.

Alfie Burns

Despite Ayling’s injury, I’d leave this deal alone if I were Leeds.

Justin is a good player, but Leeds have enough at right-back to cover Ayling, with Gaetano Berardi and Vurnon Anita both more than capable.

Leeds need to be prioritising other areas, and if they are desperate in Ayling’s absence, their first call should be bringing Lewie Coyle back from his loan spell at Fleetwood.

Chris Gallagher

This would be a smart move by Leeds.

Justin is a very talented young player but is already capable of stepping up to the Championship.

Leeds aren't desperate for a right-back as they do have cover for Ayling but Justin could go on to be a very good player in a few years.

Sign him up!
