Despite slipping out of the Sky Bet Championship’s top-six over the Easter period, Leeds United are still in the hunt for promotion with three fixtures of the season remaining.
However, Garry Monk’s side have made life difficult for themselves, and after winning just once in their last five league fixtures, they are now under extreme pressure to hunt down the top-six.
Leeds’ supporters are questioning the club’s owners, who failed to provide Monk with sufficient funds in January to cement a Play-Off place and even challenge for automatic promotion.
One player who fans wanted to return to Elland Road during the transfer window was Max Gradel, who spent time with Leeds between 2009 and 2011.
Gradel is currently in the Premier League with Bournemouth, but according to the BBC, the winger is unhappy and wants a move away from the South-Coast.
This news has promoted Leeds’ supporters to plead with Andrea Radrizzani and Garry Monk on social-media to bring Gradel back to Elland Road.
The Ivorian also took to his Twitter account to express his love for Leeds, which has led to further calls for the 29-year old to return to Yorkshire.
Here is how Leeds’ supporters are reacting to Gradel’s potential departure from Bournemouth…
