Nottingham Forest will be disappointed not to pick up yet a win in their push for the play-offs, after a 0-0 draw with Preston North End at the weekend.

Martin O'Neill's huffed and puffed all game, but were unable to break down a resilient North End defence and win only their third game under the Irishman, as they slipped to their second draw in a week.

The Reds are bound to feel aggrieved after Joe Lolley's goal was ruled out in the second half, after Ryan Yates was adjudged to have fouled Preston shot-stopper in the build-up to the goal - but that wasn't what the former Huddersfield man was frustrated about after the game.

Following the stalemate in Lancashire, Lolley took to Twitter to talk about the playing surface at the Deepdale, comparing the pitch to those at student unions across the country.
